The following terms and conditions need to be agreed upon by all persons that are guests of The Log Inn. 

Due to the nature of planning required for retreats, reservations are important. Please note:

  • A $300 deposit is required to reserve your space at The Log Inn.
  • All balances are due 30 days prior to the retreat. If the balance is not received 30 days prior to the retreat, your reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited. Payments in full cannot be refunded but can be applied to a future retreat date.
  • Reservations cancelled before 60 days of the retreat are eligible for a full refund of any money paid. 
  • If you cancel your weekend with less than 60 days notice, you forfeit your deposit unless a replacement group can be found. If a replacement group is found, your deposit will be applied to a future retreat date.
  • Changes are accepted at the sole discretion of The Log Inn Owners.

Checks should be made payable to Nancy Cudd. Credit cards are welcome.

Other Items:

  • Minor Repairs/Accidents
    • Please contact us immediately if you have any problems.
    • In the event something gets broken, please either contact us or leave a note so that it can be taken care of for the next guests. However, you will be responsible for any excessive damage to the property, the house or its contents. An itemized list of damages and an invoice for the repairs will be sent to the renter payable immediately.
  • The Log Inn is a non-smoking facility and pets are not allowed.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
